**How to play**

- Pick a Tile from the Tile Selection at the bottom of the screen.
- Place the Tile on a Empty Space.
    > Tiles can only be placed if you have enough Budget to cover their Costs.
    > Tiles cannot be placed on existing Tiles.
- Tiles fulfill your City's needs and may also fulfill Global Goals for combating climate change.
    > City Needs: Circles, Global Goals: Bookmarks
- If you are out of Budget, advance to the next year!
- You only have 8 years (including 2030) to fulfill all the Global Goals.

**You win the game by fulfilling all Global Goals!!!**

- However, you will not be able to reach the goals by yourself! You must fulfill them with other players!
- Ask other players for their City Codes to help you!
    > Generate your own City Code by pressing the button and clicking your code to copy it to your clipboard.
    > You are not able to generate a City Code, if any of your City Needs are still at 0.
- To add another player's City, input their city code into the text field and press the button.
- The production of the other player's City gets added to your display of the global goals.
    > Congratulations you are now part of the same United Nations!     
    > Win the game together!

**Hints**

- Right Click to cancel your current Tile selection.
- Hover your mouse over almost anything, and it's description will appear in the Inspector!
- Tiles have adjacency bonuses and penalities! Hover slightly above the Tile categories to view!
